Rationale for this is that partner transient house operator, for not entertaining other reservations for the same unit, shall be faced with the lost opportunity to book for the day, thus, resulting in deprived income.
However, should client who has deposited reservation fee inform NormRealty of valid reason(s) for cancellation other than those mentioned in the preceding paragraph within reasonable period of time prior to the actual date of stay, the case shall be promptly consulted and evaluated with concerned operator and a final decision, with grounds or explanation thereto, of whether to refund or not shall be relayed immediately to the client. Should decision be favorable to the client, remedial arrangements for full or partial return of deposit, or transfer to a different date/period, shall be
carried out.
